performance specifications are measured at the specified output at 514.5
for Argon and at 647.1 for Krypton.
(1) Beam diameter is measured at the output coupler at 1/e2
or 0.13534 points.
(2) half angle. Inside the resonator, the beam waist is located at
the flat high reflector. The long-radius output coupler acts as a
weak lens to transform the output beam parameters. The values listed
for beam divergence takes into account the weak lens effect.
(3) Per oC change in air or water temperature after a 1.5 hour
warm up with PowerTrack on.
(4) Maximum peak variation after a 15 minute warm-up.
